Lifebuoy 76 cm
Life Buoy. 76cm Outsize Solas(shipwheel) and SI approved. In 2.5 and 4.2 kg. The heavier one is specifically for the bridge of a ship.
Within Ships Equipment Decree - Article 7.05, paragraph 1-2 - Lifebuoys and lifejackets
1. At least three lifebuoys must be present on a vessel. They must be located in suitable places on deck when ready for use. They must not be attached to the vessel. For motor vessels less than 40 m in length, two lifebuoys are sufficient. At least one lifebuoy must be equipped with a throw line of sufficient length.
2. Lifebuoys must comply with the following rules:
(a) the carrying capacity in fresh water shall be at least 7.5 kg;
(b) they must be made of suitable material and resistant to oil, petroleum products and temperatures up to 50°C;
(c) they must be highly visible in the water due to their color;
(d) its own weight must be at least 2.5 kg; Seafaring 4 kg
(e) the internal diameter must be at least 45 cm and not more than 50 cm;
(f) they shall be provided with a grab line running all around;
(g) they must be of a type approved by the Inspector General.
