Gangway aluminum 6 meters

These professional walkways/gangways are:

• made entirely of anodized aluminum, of a seawater-resistant alloy
• equipped with aluminum non-slip tread (checker plate)
• tread width 60cm (total width 70cm)
• transverse steps for additional support
• removable aluminum scepters on both sides with double rope railing (easy assembly and disassembly by bayonet lock)
• equipped with 2 nylon wheels on the quayside and hooks on the ship’s side
• equipped with 4 fixed lifting points
• the maximum angle at which the gangway may be used: 30 degrees

It is important to know if the gangway will be taken on board the ship. If the gangway is carried aboard the vessel while sailing, the gangway will have to comply with ISO 7061 standards – requiring Type S. The Type S gangway is constructed stronger because it must meet a load of 4kN/m2 and must be equipped with kick strips on both sides of the gangway adjacent to the tread, as described in the ISO 7061 standard.
